The BERKY 5200 mower-rake combination mows and clears embankments and ditches in a single pass without changing tools. The double-blade cutter bar and the belt clearing rake work efficiently above and below water. The cuttings are gently deposited, which increases the survival rate of animals and insects. It is ideal for environmentally friendly water maintenance.

The BERKY mower-rake combination impresses with its sophisticated design, which enables efficient and nature-friendly ditch and slope maintenance with maximum flexibility:

• Cutter bar: double-dimensioned, hydraulically height-adjustable, and mounted on oscillating bearings – adapts perfectly to embankments

• Clearing rake: with low-wear V-belt (50 mm x 20 mm) and spring-mounted, individually replaceable tines

Protection for small animals and insects

A key feature of the Mower-Hark combi is its particularly gentle operation. Thanks to the oscillating cutting technology, the clippings are not shredded but deposited completely and cleanly. As a result, the ground vegetation remains largely undisturbed, which preserves retreat areas for small animals and insects. In comparison to rotating cutting units, habitats are maintained, and small animals and insects are specifically protected.

Attachment options for the Berky mower-rake combi

The Mower-Hark combi can be flexibly attached to various carrier vehicles with hydraulic mower extension. The attachment is brand-independent via a free hydraulic control circuit and is therefore compatible with numerous municipal vehicles, tractors and special machines for water and landscape maintenance.
