Cut-Griffy HS 650 Series

The Schnitt-Griffy models of the HS 650 series are specifically designed for mini excavators from 3 to 7 tons and can also be mounted on other carrier vehicles with powerful booms. Their low weight and compact design allow for safe handling even with smaller carrier vehicles. 

• A minimum lifting capacity of 650 kg for the HS 650 and a minimum lifting capacity of 700 kg for the HS 650 SE when extended is required. 

• The performance of the Schnitt-Griffy depends on the base unit and the local conditions.
  
  Wheeled or tracked excavators have proven particularly effective.
  
  The Schnitt-Griffy HS 650 SE is equipped with a swivel unit as standard. With a swivel angle of 2 x 55°, branches can be cut precisely and the clippings can be deposited lengthwise next to the excavator.
  
  The Schnitt-Griffy is also available without a swivel unit.
  
  Areas of application: On roads, rivers, in forests, for landscape maintenance, for pollarded willows, along railway lines, for overhead power lines, and much more.
  
  Furthermore, a load-holding valve can be ordered as an optional extra at the time of purchase or retrofitted to your existing Griffy cutter .
  
  Only a double-acting control unit with the appropriate connecting lines to the end of the boom is required for the hydraulic connection. The control valve must be leak-proof and have primary and secondary pressure relief. Two double-acting control units are required for the Griffy cutter
  
  with swivel unit. Upon request, this unit can be equipped for an oil pressure of 160–180 bar.
